Our stay was a huge disappointment that overshadowed what was supposed to be a special getaway. While the hotel is in a lovely setting, we faced numerous issues from the start, including a chaotic dining experience and inadequate room accommodations that left us frustrated. We did appreciate some responsive management, but it wasn't enough to salvage our stay.
